We do not offer refunds or exchanges for custom-made clothing and sale items.
Eligibility for Exchange or Refund:
- Products are only eligible for exchange and refunds if they are damaged or defective.
- To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- To request an exchange or refund, you must contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be considered.
Verification Process:
- Our team takes photographs of each item before shipping to ensure their quality and condition.
- If you believe there is a fault or defect in your item, please contact our customer support team immediately.
- To initiate the exchange or refund process, you may be asked to provide clear photographs of the item in question.
- Our team will review both the photographs taken before shipping and the ones provided by you to determine if the fault or defect is attributable to our craftsmanship or materials.
Return Shipping:
- The return shipping cost for approved exchanges or refunds will be covered by the customer.
Right to Accept or Refuse:
- Fatima Lodhia reserves the right to accept or refuse exchange or refund requests based on the results of our verification process.
Items Not Eligible:
- We do not accept exchanges or refunds for items that have been damaged due to customer mishandling, alterations, or wear and tear.
Timeframe for Resolution:
- We aim to resolve exchange or refund requests as promptly as possible. However, the timeframe may vary depending on the nature of the issue.
Modification of Policy:
- Fatima Lodhia retains the right to modify or update this exchange and refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
